    I disagree with the turn around picks. The guy who picks before and after gets two skips before we skip future picks. The same should be true of the turnaround picks.

    If you miss a pick, you can miss your second one and we'll completely skip your third. The same should be true of the guys who have two straight. I know it drags us down a bit because its 16 straight hours without picks, but its what is fair.
