lol. Seriously, though, I love that our team gets to do these little moves every year. Turn a completely worthless pick and some cash into an early second rounder. It doesn't pay off every time, but if you keep doing it year after year it pays dividends.
Last year you could buy the 29 pick for 3M. 31 for Sergio, 37 and 1.2M (iirc). 36 pick for 1M cash and a conditional 2011 2nd. I hope he keeps collecting them. 31-33 are valuable picks, if you use them on foreigners that you can pay outside the rookie scale.
So the 22, 34th pick and $3million more moves us how far up in the first round? I doubt it gets us to the top ten, but maybe the early teens?
