I just don't think people who are against the idea of this device have really thought it through. As a guy, I don't care how enraged I am at somebody--if my dick is enduring multiple lacerations and hemorrhaging blood, it's my new number one priority. Are there that many people opposed to things like, I don't know, death penalty for child and repeat rapists, or castration for first-timers?
In the video they said that you're in so much pain that you can't even walk. So I'm pretty sure the victim will be able to get away just fine without getting murdered. I'm not saying it'll work every time, some will fight the pain, but most likely will be too focused on their penis more than getting back at them
