    Exactly. I don't think it's about class or conspiracies here... KP runs a draft very well and Paul Allen was going to pay him one way or the other, so he might as well use him through the draft.

    I agree but I do think it would have been kind of funny if KP had tried to shanghai the draft and take Omar Samhan at 22 ... OK, not "funny" per se, more like fucking horrifying, but you get the picture.
