Seriously though, I get the impression a big chunk of the free agency holdup is Wade and Lebron long-distance fighting it out over who gets to play with Chris Bosh.
Do Wade and Lebron hate each other? You know I love Chris Bosh, but shouldn’t these two guys just admit that they’re both better than him by a significant margin and decide they’d be best off playing with each other (and Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah)?
According to Broussard, Toronto is willing to S&T with Cleveland. Theyd prolly take back Jamison and maybe Varejo or something. But I agree that they need to realize that they should come to the Bulls
If we could have Wade & Lee or Boozer, I would be happy to let Cleveland keep Lebron and pick up Bosh. Especially if they lose Varejao. If we don't get Lebron, I really, really, really hope he stays in Cleveland and they don't get Bosh.
Bosh appears to be the only one who can get a S&T. It may not be about how good Bosh is but how he can actually change teams and not lose the bread. To the broader question though: Why isn't this settled yet. I get the feeling that there is real movement and land wars taking place, and that nothing has been released because nothing has been finalized. Who's holding this up? Is it Toronto? Or is it Miami or Cleveland and their reticence to execute a S&T?
