THE HCP family is heading up there to stay on some friends property. Never been there, but heard it was very family friendly. Wondering if any of you guys have been up there?
I haven't been to that exact camp ground, but my brother stayed at the Swift Reservoir a few weeks ago (which is in the same general area) and I visited him and his family. It's really beautiful. If you have a chance, go to the Ape Caves.
What do you mean by "property"? My wife's uncle owns a camping spot there. At this place, I think. http://www.lmch.com/home.asp It's a cool place. No privacy (at least not at his campground) but the kids will enjoy it. Deer walk around the campground and there is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, lake to play in, etc.
I don't see how making fun of your wife is appropriate in a setting such as this, sir. Plus, the Ape Caves were made with hot ash, and your wife HAS a hot ass...so, I guess it is?
I've never been to the Ape Caves, but a friend of mine who has said it's pretty cool. http://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/ape-cave/ http://www.fs.fed.us/gpnf/04mshnvm/attractions/south.shtml
They have a cabin on the lake and a jet ski. Heard there is places for the kids to play, like putt putt. Just wondering if you guys have been there.
That place is awesome! Stuff for the kids to do if you have kids....... peaceful, and it's just beautiful. I'll go look for a pic.
Thanks. Nice pic. We have a 3 and 5 yr old and they love going to the coast. The drive prohibits us from going every weekend, but thinking of getting a place locally like those at Lake Merwin for this summer and beyond.
