    Stage 4.

Don't smoke folks. Unless of course its reefer, and try to do that in somewhat moderation, unless of course you have a vaporizer, or enjoy knife hits (those are the best).

I quit chewing after 6 years of doing it in April. It was nice, no withdrawals since I was too busy struggling to survive to care about cold sweats or the such.

I see the dentist next week, I'm sure he'll be pleased.

The sad thing is, the reason I quit was the prices. Almost 10 dollars a pack, all set. Thanks to whoever did that, I feel a million times better now that I don't smoke that shit.

What'd you smoke? I have a cig every once in a while if I'm drunk. I like the lighter cig's like Parliamant and Marb Lights.

I smoked Marlboro reds for a long time, and switched to Newport. The last year or so, i was buying whatever I could get on sale.

Still smoke Marb Reds. But I'm down to about 6-7 per day and never been over 11 or 12 a day.

Have been smoking since before my 18th birthday, and I turned 22 last January, so it is coming up on 5 years. *sigh*

My dad just finished going through chemo and radiation treatments for a tumor in his left lung. The thing was six centimeters wide when he started. It has reduced significantly, but still..... I begged him for years to quit. I lost my grandmother to lung cancer back in 97. My little sister smokes, she is about to turn 22 in November. To this day I don't understand how people can start smoking. Our grandparents had no idea how bad it was for them. Our parents probably had an idea, but didn't fully understand the ramifications. Our generation has no fucking excuse at all for starting smoking. We knew from when we were small children how bad it is for us. We also knew how addictive it is.

Yeah, I agree. I was about 14 or 15 when I started. You don't think things through at that age. By the time you smarten up, you're already addicted.

Smoking gives you a deeper, more husky voice. When Bob Dylan stopped smoking, it ruined his singing voice. If Michael Douglas were not a smoker, he might never have been a leading actor. Everyone should smoke a few packs a day.
