    That would be fun. However, realize that this is a basement apartment (other renters live upstairs in the main house) with about 600 sq/ft of living space. Certainly, big enough to be a sweet little bachelor pad. A party destination? Hmmm.......not so certain about that. :)

    Her kids.............and subsequent grandkids were the catalyst. Although, I didn't complain because I was moving "home" as well. It took all of my severance pay getting back here, plus enough to live on for 5 months. Yeah, in retrospect, that sucked................
