    1- NOBODY is allowed to touch Mr. Wheeler
    2- You have to stay 10 feet away from him at all times.
    3-Only the HCP is allowed to sit at his table.
    4- Only basketball questions! He could care less about you D & D conquests and stories about playing video games in your mom's basement!
