    Doesn't it seem that the Knicks could try to trade their second-rounders for a first that might appeal to Portland? Cash-strapped teams might prefer a pair of seconds to a first.

    It's not clear what Portland wants, of course, so mid-to-late first rounder might not be enough value for the Blazers to move him.

    If Rudy, Bayless and Mathews keep playing together as well as they have so far, it might be moot.

    I think that there's a chance that Rudy will turn it around and contribute on the floor, and that Cho and Nate know it... which is why they didn't leap at the first chance to dump Rudy for future draft picks that they got.

    It's a long season and players tend to get hurt. Having depth does us more good than a couple of second rounders in the future.

    Yep I am with you on that. Plus after watching the 3rd string play last night, lets just say I am not really excited to see any of them hit the floor any time soon.
