Jazz in town tomorrow night. I was there last year and it was very cool to sit in the MC and watch a game! Brought back a ton of memories, especially when Wheelz let Shonz call the 2nd half. Wondering who went and what they thought.

Schonz is not calling any part of tomorrow night's game?

Was there last year - had a great time. It's an opportunity to see a game much more intimately than we're used to now. Got tickets at a great price through Groupon last week for tomorrow night's game.

I'll be there sitting a few rows up from the floor. Getting to have dinner with Larry Miller and Terry Porter before the game.

LOL! Not really. It's Heritage Night, the long term season ticket holders get a free dinner and drinks before the game. Last year Miller, Porter, Kersey, Dudley and Shonz were there. Remember meeting Lanny at the Meet and Greet? He invited me, no way I was saying no to free food and a Blazer game!

    No he's not.

Still very sharp and a very classy guy. You should talk to him some time before a Blazer game.

I saw him at the first preseason game. Didn't get a chance to go up and talk to him as he was surrounded by fans :(

Next time push your way up there and take a look at his Blazers Championship ring. Very cool but not as gaudy as they are now.

I was half way kidding about the senile thing. I listened to him last year during the Phoenix game at the MC and he was absolutely horrible. He couldn't even get out his famous little lines like, "lickidy brindle right up the middle".

I've talked to the Schonz a lot and been around him a lot. He sure comes off like a classy guy, always giving you his signature handshake. I've also seen him at his worst when he's been a crotchety old fart.

Was there last year, will be there tonight. I think we're only a few rows up from the floor. Last year was a total blast. Love the MC.......once a year.

It took Bill a while to get back into it, but he really got back into his groove in the 4th quarter of that game. I definately think he's still got the chops to call an NBA game, I hope he gets another opportunity tonight.
