Yes. Where is it located? Either Gary from Boyd or Mike O'hara would do a fine job on it. PM me for contact information. Gary is a really good guy.
Both Gary and Mike are on the East side, a bit far from Beaverton, but they are good and know what to do with these cars. On the west - Motorsports International over at 12930 NW Cornell is good, but they are not classic BMW experts. Up to you really and depends on what the car needs. If it is nothing complicated, keep it close. If it is a bit more complicated stuff - go to the experts.
thanks. it hasn't really been driven, its kind of a project car. my parents want to give it away but my bro and I want to fix it up.
thanks! not sure if and when we'll get that project going, been wondering a few years. might check out when I'm there over christmastime.
Look at this bad boy, a 'Vette powered brick. This would be a fantastic sleeper... http://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/cto/2006710695.html
LoL who took a picture of their crusty Volvo at Cathedral Park? I used to beat up kids there. Grew up walking distance from there. St. Johns bridge is such a beautiful bridge
I am married with kids. The wife and I both drive Subarus when we need to carry kids around. She has a newish 2008 one, I have a 2001 coupe with a backseat that can be used to take kids. But I have toy cars that I drive anytime I do not need to drive kids around. Actually, my Subaru is also good for racing in the dirt... - this is how it looked like after last Sunday's event...
Have you ever seen Mike's old "BMW 2002 truck"? It's an old '02 that someone (not Mike, he bought it like that) converted to a pickup that he uses as his parts hauler...
I love mine though! 4.2L V8 Audi A6! Doesn't rally like some of my older cars, but with the wife and kids those days are over. I like just "rollin" nowadays.
