I just re-read the thread and went to look at the box-score. Wes - 30 minute, Batum - 27 minutes, Rudy - 22 minutes, Armon - 9 minutes. Nate did his rotation very well tonight. He played the 2 guys the Suns had to double heavy minutes - but he spread the rest of the minutes so nobody gets too many, nobody gets too little.. and he had West and Nic together at the end when it made sense.

The team is still in early season form, but the bitching is playoff worthy! good job guys!

Blazer outscored the Suns 3/4 quarters.

    What game were you watching?

Top quality post MIXUM--exactly what I would expect out of you. I noticed you included a couple positive items to enable your "I'm not all negative" defense. Well done!

I didn't come on here during the game, but quickly went through the thread immediately after... It's like there were two different games tonight. The negativity has not missed a step, maybe even improved over the off-season.

I like the fact the Blazers did not play well and won by 14. The Blazers looked to shut down everyone else while allowing Nash to attack the basket. It worked for everyone not named Richardson. (talk about dejevu') Good game plan. Let Nash go off and get tired down the stretch. But the bottom line is Portlandcan play a lot better.

You win in the NBA by playing well in the last few minutes of the 4th. So far so good.

I sure hope they get rid of that stupid intro with the players coming down out of the stands before one of the players trips and falls down the stairs while trying to slap hands with fans.

I've said it before but it is obvious from the expressions on the player's faces that they are not happy to be doing that.

Wes Matthews + 22. BRoy and Miller were 2nd with +14. That is a big jump between 1 and 2.

Have we got an answer for this yet?

I watched that horrible SD broadcast on league pass and the only thing worse than the quality of the picture was the REST OF THE STUPID SHOW.

I like how they showed the video on the sheet, that must of looked huge in the RG.

That looked cool, but as much of the Eminem song that they played, I half-expected the sheets to pull away and Em being on a stage rapping the song underneath the scoreboard.

It doesn't make it to league pass on Channel 443 (I had effing stretch-cutoff screen today), and it doesn't make it to Comcast 179. Maybe it's great when it leaves the truck, and we don't hold you responsible. But it comes to our TV's in a substandard form...not like when NBATV on Ch. 630 or TNTHD on 662 play games. The L*kers game tonight looked like it was from a different decade than ours.

Sorry about that man. We put out an HD signal for every home and road game. Where do you live, I'l ask our engineers why you don't get it.

Dear Nate, please play Nic more.

Would you also admit that the pace of the offense picked up? That a Nate coached team got out and ran last night?

I thought the second unit did. That was nice to see. Hopefully it continues. Getting excited over 13 fast break points is a step in the right direction

I loved the second unit's offense, with Armon, Rudy, and Wes running the show. Looked like Jerry Sloan's offense for a bit with all that movement.

The starters... not so much. The spacing needs significant improvement. (Dre is hindering this with his inability to shoot).
