Quiet you! We all know you're just attempting to figure out your next assassination on Oden's character.
Nah. I'm done picking on him ... in fact I'm sort of done with him period. If I were Cho my attitude would be, "if he comes back and plays for the Blazers super, if not, fuck it." Move on, and figure out what the hell you're going to do as an organization. All of the constant hang-wringing, kid-glove treatment, fans constantly fretting for four years and he's still not playing. Next. Funny I've seen you reference Ditka a couple times. My favorite coach in any sport of all-time. Him and Ricky Williams are the reason I became a Saints fan.
I thought he was going to be great. Probably the best college back I've ever watched. He had a lot of talent, but a lot of issues as well.
It sure seems difficult to predict which backs will be great in the NFL. Terrell Davis went in... what.... the seventh round?
Thirsty Thursdays! Yes, they actually had these for a while after the Jail Blazers were gutted. $2 beers and free tickets in the 8th row of the 100-level. It made watching Spider Smith be the primary scorer almost worth watching!
You don't have a clue about Karma or anything else. If Roy had told us his knees were killing him in the preseason, no one would have ever questioned his heart or his leadership. I pointed out the obvious (that he was barely visible in the preseason games) and geniuses like you insisted that he was perfectly fine and was just waiting for the regular season to start. The fact that you think my comments had anything to do with this is laughable. Roy has had 4 knee surgeries over the years, dating back to his college days, and his present condition is a result of time+stress on his joints. So take your ignorance and superstition and shove it.
But I thought Quick said Roy refused to have an MRI since he was claustrophobic. Man, Quick's stories tend to teeter quite a bit on truth and fiction.
