I am so fucking done with CJ Watson I can't even express it. He has no business being a point guard, even coming off the bench. Why the hell haven't the Bulls tried to explore more options at their guard spots?

He didn't have a horrible game, but when Taj Gibson comes in you see how much you're missing. Boozer hasn't figured out the offense or defense yet, and the team isn't comfortable with him. I think we just have to suck up to the fact that this team isn't going to be very good for another ten or fifteen games until Boozer really gets in the mix.

I'm glad Thibs listened to the crowd. When the crowd booed their own player getting a foul call, that was great.

Were you watching the ESPN feed? I thought it was hilarious how Van Gundy and Jackson went on a twenty minute rant about how it would be demeaning to Scalabrini to put him in, when it didn't look like Thib's would put him in the game. And immediately thereafter, said what a wise move it was.

What is it with national announcers felching the coaches in this league? They have no problem calling out players, but seem to go out of there way to protect coaches.

What I saw was positive, but he was not aggressive on the boards. That'll come when he's not scared of reinjuring his hand.

As for Watson, I think he might be best suited as our starting SG.

I buy that. More than anything, he still looks like he's in preseason mode to me. The spacing dies on offense when he's on the court, and he looks like he throws Noah out of synch on defense. There's going to be an adjustment period.

Well he can't be our point guard. I'm more than willing to see how he does at SG, but I can't imagine he's going to fair well against the Ray Allen's of the world, not that Bogans is either.

Rose missed a game and Watson played in his place and scored 33. I'd like to see more of that alongside rose.

There's a pretty clear pattern of us falling behind in Q1 and having to come from behind to win. Q3 has really hurt our chances of winning as well. Bogans is the common factor in all of that.

We're coming from behind and winning games with Korver finishing games. So start him. If Thibs really wants him off the bench, that leaves Brewer or Watson, and Watson can score and spread the floor.

Instead of coming from behind, we could be up a bunch by end of Q1 and destroying teams.

CJ Watson has to decide what he wants to do with his career. He's either a point guard who overhandles the ball so much that he can't implement an offense, or a shooting guard that who is mediocre at working off screens and in catch and shoot situations. He's not going to have a place to do what he does unless its for a team like Golden State unless he refines his play in either direction. I agree that he might be closer to being a shooting guard. It seem like it might be easier to refine your game than your mentality.

Yeah, JVG even suggested Scalabrine wouldn't want to go in for the same reason. Yeah right. How often does a guy like that have a whole crowd cheering and chanting his name?
