That many turnovers are usually pretty costly unless you're a star.

A solid game in this case though, so efficient.

The fact that that trash-talking jackass Garnett hasn't had a career-ending injury is proof positive that there is no such thing as karma.

I don't suppose that's the kind of comment you were looking for, though.

lol no I meant any comments on their run without Perkins, West, JO being out and Shaq pretty much playin 1 in 3 games.

I know it doesn't affect your teams chances for playoffs but do we stand a chance against the Lakers? Not that you care I guess but as an NBA fan and this being "Around the NBA", any comments!?

As long as anyone beats the L*kers, I'm happy. Playoffs is different from regular season.

All you need is a master conspiracy assumption :). When I first heard of this trade I assumed it was part of a bigger, delayed deal to get hold of Chris Paul. When the Hornets took off I figured I was wrong. But now that they have come back to earth and the league has purchased them, then the conspiracy all became clear. Now if I were the NBA I'd put Paul in New York, but who knows?

If it's Celtics vs L*kers, I will be rooting for a mid air collision of the two teams

If Perkins can come back and play even at 50% they have a good chance to unseat the Lakers.

Not that I would be watching.

The only way I could root for either the Lakers or the Celtics is when they are playing the Heat.

    Mother Fuck the Miami Heat.

If it's Celtics vs. Lakers, I'm for the Celtics. Stern directs his refs who to pick on, and could easily teach Garnett some humility. Stern's from Boston, right? That's why it hasn't happened.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
I actually really like the Celtics. I love watching their defense. And I've always been a fan of Garnett as a player.

Celtics/Lakers is a fun Finals to watch, since both teams are excellent. It really beats Finals since the Jordan/Pippen Bulls era ended, when the East often put a very meh team in the Finals, like the Pacers, Sixers or the Nets. It's nice to have Finals that feel like a close match-up of great teams.

How many GM's fucked up on not getting Landry Fields? Donnie Walsh is looking like a genius with that pick.

    Toronto's starting 5 tonight

    Jerryd Bayless
    DeMar DeRozen
    Sonny Weems
    Ed Davis
    Amir Johnson

All that is missing is Charles "Spider" Smith, and you have a 20-win team.

Thats a better starting lineup than what the Wolves are putting on the floor.

    Really?

The Wolves have high lottery picks littered all over their starting line-up.

    Love
    Beasley
    Milicic
    Wesley Johnson

The only member of their starting five who wasn't a top 10 pick is Ridnour, who was picked 14th.

Of course, he is starting over Flynn, who was drafted #6 overall.

Its not about where they're drafted, its about how good they are in the NBA. A bunch of re-treads that Kahn picked up.

Bargnani is usually a starter for the Raptors, he was the #1 pick.

He's not in the line-up tonight. Neither is Oden for the Blazers.

But unlike Oden he usually is. First game he's missed all year.
