I've heard that rumor for over a year now. Nothing I can find can substantiate it. People on those reviews write some stupid shit as well. I took Jack3d for a long time and never experienced boner problems. That said, there is other products out there for pre-workout that are more suited towards different people. The one I use has very little caffeine.
The food over here is generally pretty clean. Shepard's Pie, roast dinners, Thai curry, pasta, spagetti bolognese. All homemade. Yum.
I don't have a gym in the summer when I'm home. So over break I'm trying a free trial thing from Snap fitness. My god this place is horrible. Every machine is designed to make the lift as easy as possible with the least amount of discomfort. And their squat rack and barbells, well they... oh wait, they don't have squat racks and barbells. They have a stupid smith machine. It's going to be a long summer.
+1 except for the mass migration part. It has been real and my PM's still work if you need to get ahold of me for some reason not related to seeing my penis.
So its been almost 6 weeks back at the gym and I'm almost as big as I was before. Muscle memory is very real indeed. I think the fact that I've been eating almost 5,000 calories a day might have a little to do with it, as well. In a couple months I'm going to post some before and after pics. The pics when I was sick are going to freak some of you out. I looked like an Auschwitz survivor.
I'm quite positive that you do have multiple photos of your penis. Whatever gets you or anyone off is OK by me. I'm not here to judge you, Zags, but I'm really not that way, so it would be a wasted effort. Let's take a deep breath before you fire off a pic to Kevin Love as well, mmmmkay?
I was more interested in showing people before and after photo's to show how far I have come. To not let major shit like what I've been through keep you down. Inspiration, you know? Not sure if you've faced any setbacks in your life, but its pretty fulfilling to come out on top and actually have the chance to gloat about what you've done since. Real life stuff, ya know?
Great. As I posted, if showing off your body to random men on the internet gives you validation and happiness, I'm all for it!
As someone who works out at their gym pretty regularly, I hate this time of the year. I encourage everyone to get into shape, but I'm looking forward to mid-February when 90% of the new people that signed up for my gym have ditched their New Year's resolutions.
Yes Yes Yes... plus the shitty winter weather brings in a lot of people who normally walk/run outside...
The workers at the two Bally's that I gone to for 13 years and I share this as a running joke. I take my two weeks off immediately after the Holiday season. Saturday is the first day back for me in a few weeks. It's called "Busy Season", but the sales' reps at the gym do love it, as do the Personal Trainers. Heck, I'm all for everyone exercising, but after a month, most of the larger people tend to disappear, and it's just the regulars again.
