I saw this stat and thought it was pretty interesting.

The Blazers are 23-5 when they shoot at or above 43%. They're 4-19 when they shoot below.

That's pretty amazing considering 43% isn't even a good shooting percentage.

Barrett mentions this regularly. I think his was the team is 18-3(now 19-3) when they shoot 45% or better.

The team can't knock down open shots consistently. It's a problem. It's amazing that McMillan can keep this injury riddled, inconsistent at best team over .500.

Most of the guys are having off years % wise but I've noticed they have to rush the shots a lot because they get the ball very late in the clock. Part of it is Nate's slow-mo offense.

Good luck shooting over 43% against Chicago. Our only hope is to get a shot off before their defense gets set.

I disagree with that. The players on this team get plenty of open looks and just fail to knock them down.

I also disagree with the post above that said this is an "off year" for the guys on this team. Some of them have never had what I call a good year to begin with. Ever.

I don't know if that is amazing or not. What do other teams look like with respect to that stat?

We shot 11-14 in the 1st quarter. I have no fucking idea what I'm talking about.

this is why B-Roy doesn't need to come back and play savior. We are solid when we play as a team, I hope B can find a new role.
