For anyone who wants to get into EFFing, I recommend HoopStats as the best site. http://www.hoopsstats.com/basketbal...-trail-blazers/team/playerstats/11/25/1-3-eff
It might be because i'm tired but I read EFFing as something else and had a few questions before I looked at the link.
D-Rose was not all that impressive last night. He can score on anyone but he doesn't seem to make the game much easier for anyone else on the floor. He's like a taller version of Allen Iverson and most certainly isn't close to the best point guard in the league.
The last two games I've gone to, LMA and Miller have had arguably their best two games of the season (SA and now Chicago). Since I don't have tickets for the next 3 home games, somebody is going to have to give me theirs. That's the only way I see this streak continuing. What a fun game!
I am going to disagree here. I have been to every Chicago home game since Rose came into the league - and that guy is improving rapidly. Sure - the Blazers did wonders yesterday - but he is a much player than he was before - especially on his jumpshot - he became so much more of a hassle now that he can shoot the jumpshot reliably.
Hmm ... those are great seats, especially to bring one of my girls to the game! I may be getting back to you...
Don't take to long because I'm just starting to get the word out I have them for sale and usually they go fairly quickly.
I'd like to remind everyone we came within ONE number of getting the #1 pick the year Rose came into the league. Could you imagine, even with our injuries, how good we would have been?
Nothing you are saying there is disputing what he is saying. What he was saying, is he is not a creator he is a shoot first PG. Nothing wrong with that. So was Billups. It has to be the right fit on the right team, no matter what your point guards style is.
Then you have seen Rose a great deal more then I have so I would have to differ. All I have to go on is the games I have seen and in all of those he rarely looked for his teamates. As long as they have a bunch of dudes who can create their own shot that just fine. I just happen to find that to be a negative in a point guard. Call it a Damon hang over.
