Mike (PDX) Blazers struggles since the Wallace trade: Any serious reason for concern? John Hollinger (2:30 PM) To me the obvious concern is whether Aldridge hurt his knee worse then he's letting on in the Atlanta game. If he's OK, then it's no major worries. If not, however, they just aren't going to be able to score enough to beat any good teams.
Sure he has. However, we have a tough time getting him to take enough shots even when shooting well. Do you honestly think he'd take 27 shots if he's shooting poorly and he's hurt?
Well I can tell ya this he had no lift in his legs last night. He was using his arms to shoot those shots and that's why he clanked so many of the front side of the rim last night. That was obvious!
He looked pretty good in the first half. I think he was just tired in the second. All his shots were short.
When they are flat there is not lift in your legs and your arms are doing your shooting, that's why many here are worried it could be yet another damn knee problem. I'm hoping for fatigue!
I think it is effecting him. He looked good against LA, Denver, and was awesome in the beginning of the ATL game......until he went out hurt. Has not been the same since. Maybe not hurt, but still not close to 100%
how likely is it that Rudy has been the only player on the team with at least some level of the flu lately? That LA's energy (and for that matter the team's) has seemed down and he hasn't been limping would support that guess. Here's further guessing that he looks right as rain vs the Bobs on Saturday. Good call. I don't know why that didn't occur to me; the wife and I have been catching everything my son picks up from his petri dish of a preschool. It makes perfect sense that more than one player would catch the flu.
Maxie, I am so much healthier now that my girls are a little older. God, I used to get every kind of flu that was going around. They are still school-age, but our health is definitely better. Hang in there!
