But this Blazer fan was more concerned with the game against Denver and Phoenix. Yes I like many Blazer fans despise the Lakers, but more importantly I love the Blazers. The Denver win puts us 1 half game back from 5th seed. Hopefully this won't be a problem. Hopefully the Nuggets will end the season a few games back of us.

Interesting side note: If the Blazers and Nuggets tie at the end of the season, we have split the season series. It goes to the division record. Portland is 8-5 in it's division and Denver is 8-4. There are only 3 games left for each: Portland: OKC 2, UTAH 1 and Denver: OKC 2, and Utah 1.

Basically Utah and OKC could be the very difference maker for our ballclub to be a 5th or 6th seed.

Denver also has a game against Minnesota. Yes, they suck, but they are technically in our division too. :)

If both we and Denver are able to hang a couple losses on OKC, this division could get really tight down the stretch...

Damn I overlooked the Minny game. I was wondering how Denver played 1 less division game over Portland. Yeah it's going to be intense. The crazy thing is all 4 OKC games are close to season's end for both teams. Could you imagine if somehow Portland can overcome and get the #4 seed?
