    The lower bound in my mind has always been 0.5*your age+7. In other words, for Penn it should be 32.

    Of course, there's always the "if there's grass on the field, play ball!" school.

    I've also heard the "half your age plus seven", but with the "5 year military discount". Still don't think Penn qualifies.
