Thunder would get swept or beat in 5 by Dallas. Dallas vs Memphis though? That's a damn good series. In an earlier thread, I said I was rooting for the Grizz all the way, but Dallas has won me over. I'm a Mavericks fan for the rest of the playoffs.
Finally, some parity. Watching BOS and LAL both on the verge of being swept is somewhat taking the sting out of our losing.
At least we weren't so naive. We acknowledged that the home team gets calls. It's their team's fault for blowing the first two games in the series in LA.
Lol Laker fans are so ungrateful, he's probably right about some big free agent coming over there though. Pau had a bad series, of course Phil Jackson hasn't done a great job coaching either. Benching Kobe too much, using up Pau during the regular season when he's over 30, Fisher starting and playing more minutes than Shannon. He's not a great coach anymore, and his lineups are flawed. And Kobe you can't just game manage and expect to get a ring every time.
Phil found his scape goat in Pau. If they are so unhappy with him, they can trade him to us for Camby, Miller and our first.
The NBA is already setting up an OKC/Miami finals. Just watch. LeBron vs Durant. That's exactly the kind of marquee matchup they love.
OKC has to win that series though, the refs treat them amazing and they still seem to have a hard time vs memphis. Unless it becomes LA vs Sac I see Memphis in 6.
Whatcha talkin bout Willis! Can it be? Go Dallas in 4! Cannot believe I'm rooting for Dallas right now, but there's nothing better than a faker meltdown, actually nothing sadder. Snoop said it all.
So funny. If th league favors the home teams, why did the Lakers go down 0-2? And if the league favors certain stars, why not Kobe? So hilarious. They say the league wants Miami to win. Why on EARTH would the league want the Lakers to go down in the second round? This proves the league is not fixed.
Wouldn't the league prefer Kobe vs LeBron? There are way more Laker fans than Thunder fans. In fact, I'm not sure the casual fan even know there IS a team in Oklahoma City.
