    5 games. What a joke. Wasn't he suspended longer for the Beasley incident? That punk needs to be barred from the league.

    Even I, the proponent of the double-digit game suspension, think that's going way, way overboard. There's no way he's done anything remotely deserving of being kicked out of basketball.

    He was suspended 2 games for Beasley. Lol, get over it dude..Raja was suspended 1 game for clotheslining Kobe. KG was suspended 0 games for hitting Frye (??) in the nuts.

    Most rational people agree that 5-7 games is enough. You can't suspended a person 10 games for an elbow. The next one, if/when their is one, will probably get him a 10 game suspension.

    Fines like this are a joke. He loses far more per game in terms of salary.

    The $25,000 fine wasn't for the hit on Barea. It was for removing his jersey (no one wants to see that) and the manner in which he left the court. Basically, $25,000 for being a dumbass. I agree. He got off cheap.

    It was a cheap shot. Nobody got hurt. The punishment is appropriate, given his repeat offender status. If Andre Miller cheap shots another guy from behind next year, I expect a similar suspension.

    The only comparable cheap shot this year related to the Blazers was Miller's on Griffin. Sorry for bringing up a Blazer player, but silly me thought this was a Blazer board? :dunno:

    I didn't realize this had turned into a Laker board.

    Well, if we're calling any example of unnecessary contact a cheap shot, it was after two Blake Griffin cheap shots against him, which makes it not comparable at all. :dunno:

    You seem to think it's an Andre Miller board. :dunno:

    Any true Blazers fan is a follower of the Lakers, if only to root for their destruction. :dunno:

    Nate fined $35K for mentioning 19-2 FTA disparity. Bynum fined $25K for taking his jersey off on the middle of the court because he was frustrated. :dunno:
