Chicago center Joakim Noah is acknowledging saying "something" toward a fan during the first quarter of the Bulls' Eastern Conference finals game in Miami on Sunday night. Television cameras showed Noah exchanging words with someone near the Bulls bench. Noah appeared to use an obscenity in those remarks. "I got caught up," Noah said.
