    Does this mean we would routinely take the best hispanic player available? Speed is good, but we also need height.

    Totally off topic, but I work at a biotech and it's pretty frequent that we work with health care providers. Our jargon for them in conversation is to call them HCPs, which is not ideal. I'll be in a meeting and someone will say something like "But what about the HCPs? We really need to get the insight of the HCPs on this." Which causes me to giggle or smirk and look ridiculous in front of god and everyone there.
