oh man no kidding this is GREAT for us.. being how they landed like 8,345 kids in last recruiting cycle. Anyone have updated math on how many scholarships they should have the next couple years?

They can't add more than 15 players per year for the next three years and have a maximum scholarship limit of 75 as well

for fun I've read some of the comments in the LA papers accounts of this story. It reminds me of a teenage girl telling her parents that her grounding just isn't fair only to be sent back to her room.

With Kelly and Kiffin at their respective helms, I really don't think this was necessary to boost Oregon's chances. They're already in on so many elite HS kids because of their own success. If UCLA wises up and fires Rick after this season and then lands a decent replacement, they could quickly become the dominant draw for LA HS talent.

Right about now the North >>> South

I also think this denying of the appeal helps UW a lot. With Sark's ties to So Cal and history at UW, I think they could be in on a few more kids now too.

I've been concerned about our socal recruiting with the new PAC-12, but this will help as some very good students take to their #2 choice.
