Can you imagine being Ericka Dampier right now?

Dude gets waived by DAL mid season, says FUCK IT, I WANT A TITLE, and signs with MIA, then loses to DAL in the finals.

Jason Terry just said Portland was arguably their toughest series

Not as far away as some pessimistic fans think

I think I just heard Terry just say we were the toughest opponents for them in the playoffs.

Actually he was part of the trade that got Dallas Chandler. Dampier was garbage as a Mav. A complete bum.

You really think that? We have a lot of work to do on our roster. Aging PG/ no future PG, questionmark at center, damaged goods in Roy, no backup PF, and no bench to speak of. Sure we have some good talent, but to be on Celtics, Heat, Lakers, Mavericks, etc level we need a lot of work on our bench and perhaps a clutch player in the 4th.

LeBron when asked about his criticizers:

Real quote. Talked about them still having the same problems while he'll be living his great life with his family.

There haven't been any players in the history of the NBA that I've wished career-ending injuries on (other than Kobe), but I'm willing to consider him.

Only if you perceived that because you irrationally hate him so much, much like the rest of the country.

He said: "At the end of the day, all of the people that want to see me fail will wake up tomorrow and have the same life, the same problems. I don't care what people have to say because I'm happy with what I've done and they do what they have to do."

And that was a response to one dumbass question after another by the media who were absolutely trashing James and Wade. That interview was quite the spectacle.

So you're the guy that just has to go against the grain and defend LeBron from himself

    What he said was stupid

I just listened to it again on the radio

He basically said everything I put in my original post about this

He topped it all off with "They have to go back to the real world at some point"
