So, it came a while back, but I just realized I've been scolded and received some infraction and ten point dock (whatever the hell that is) for being mean, teasing and bashing. The post in question refered to one of Tlong's posts about the Ducks (I actually like and get along with Tlong just fine - love to take in a game with him sometime) where the blogger himself called his blogs "comedy gold" so I turned that into a joke and said we're all laughing at the source (beacause THE SOURCE SAID IT WAS A JOKE) and I also said we laughed at the mediocre Beav program. Apparently, this crosses the undefined sportstwo line... What a joke... Ya'll just lost your most active, and one of the more informed and insightful posters here regarding Duck and Beav football. Nice job, PandaBear. Later guys -- I'm back to scout and rival - where I've been posting for over ten years and never been scolded like a child. GO DUCKS! (and this from some kid who has a sig line that says, "I'm back bitch" Guess it's OK for global mods to swear and call names, but we posters aren't allowed to say a source is a joke or a program is performing at a medium level.)

There have been a few complaints by PM about the Beavers sub-forum not being much of a fun place to post. The mods handled it as they saw fit, though we do not encourage a confrontational attitude towards posters. Panda Bear was made a mod and quickly removed when he showed he didn't have the right stuff to make it here. It's a tough job, taking all the guff from the get go. vBulletin has an infractions feature that we have turned off. Unfortunately, when someone is made a mod, that feature can be turned on for just that mod. And it's obviously been abused. Apologies, targus.
Targus, PandaBear is/was a complete idiot. We ran him off long ago. Sorry that we forgot to check if PandaBear gave anyone else an infraction (he gave one to Papa G in the Blazer forum.) I'll check with Denny and TrueBlueFan but I consider the Duck forum to be the same as the Blazer forum meaning that mods from other forums can't do chit here. When they post here they aren't mods they are just members. They shouldn't be editing posts or disciplining members. I saw something in the Beavers forum that I thought should be changed but I didn't do it because, hey, I'm not a mod there. I have no right to do anything but post in that forum. You have been a great addition to the Duck forum. You've really helped to make this a great place for the latest Duck info and news. If you do decide to come back and if something like this happens again bring it to mine and Wheels attention. We'll fix it and or hurt the mod that has overstepped his boundary.
Oops. Sorry, that wasn't really directed towards you. I'm just confused at the whole situation? I don't mind Targus posting in the Beavs forum. It seems to go both ways most of the time in the beaver-duck world. Targus gives us crap, tlong gives them crap, all in good fun. A lot of the stuff Targus says is true, we just don't want to hear it because we are fans and want to hope for a positive season. I appreciate the convos Targus starts in the Beavers forum and wish he would reconsider.
That's it. I am ready to be a mod. I will be awesome. I will wait somewhat impatiently for Denny to give me my wings.

I approve, just because the resulting catastrophe would be fantastic. How many edits of "AssClown" would we see after the first Blazer loss?
