Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News Anyone report on T. Daniels - 6'5", 220 verbal to Oregon. TE/DE. Not much interest in this 2 star so Oregon staff must see something. Rivals reports, "when he is in the right area, he catches everything thrown to him. He's got good speed and very soft hands. Dennis is still on the raw side, but his upside is high." rivals.com
I've seen him listed 6'7 235 of late, so he's still growing. He's also supposed to be a nice basketball player. Very athletic on his highlight tape. STOMP

Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News Does anyone know if this soon to be 6'8" athlete will play basketball as well? For what it's worth, I saw a football video of him last year on youtube, and he looked much better in my eyes at DE rather than TE
as far as college athletics goes he claims to only be focusing on football. Ducks took him as a DE who might move inside later on. Apparently they've visited him multiple times in the past year and a half STOMP
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News That's awesome. His frame looks like it could easily add another 30-40 lbs 6'7" 260 is a beast.....I don't care what star level you are
the article I read on rivals had Aliotti (his primary recruiter) saying that too. They had him listed 6'6 240. Also the person who did the interview called him well spoken and thoughtful, which is always a good thing STOMP
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News Alright I decided to get a duckterritory account. Wanted to support those guys and be in the know. I'll let you know on things I hear.
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News wtf I swear there was a new person posting here and that was to him.
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News haha! For reals He also posted in some football Forum or something too!
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News reports are that 5* Safety Shaq Thompson will be at the ASU game on an OV. His brother played at Cal and he initially committed there too. He is reported to be very tight lipped towards the recruiting sites so Joe Shmos like me can only speculate why he has opened things up again. So here I go... The tailspin the Cal program is in can't be helping their chances. On top of all the other things that the Ducks have going for them, they start a Sr and a Jr at the Safety spots so there is early PT to be had. I'd expect redshirt freshman starter CB Terrance Mitchell (also from Sacramento) to host him. STOMP
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News If he is a 5* safety I wonder why almost all his highlights are on offense?....
Re: 2012 Commits and Recruiting News yes please!! i cant wait till the ducks bball program catches up with football
because he plays both ways and scoring TDs is move noteworthy then breaking up a pass or making a tackle? rivals rates about 30 HS players in the nation worthy of 5* status... this guy they have @ #12. He's pretty much a stud STOMP
