Not too surprising, considering he already had tried to kill himself once before a decade ago. Of course, since he "predicted" his own suicide, the rumors will fly for years about him being some sort of clairvoyant. He OD'd on drugs, deliberately. No need to cry for somebody who threw away their own life.
The fact that he put it on twitter seems like a cry for help. Obviously no one took it very seriously.
