    Chael Sonnen had a belt at the presser today. He has taken his shtick to a new level.

    JOE had airplane trouble on the way to North America and had to divert back to the UK. The seven hour flight took 20-22 and he is lagged.

    Michael Bisping fancies himself against Chael Sonnen but won't get to fight Anderson Silva in the UK if he wins--that fight will be in Brazil (for Chael as well).

    Rashad Evans and Phil Davis talked a lot of trash. Well, mostly Evans, with Davis responding with smiles and laughs.

    Chris Weidman is comfortable fighting Demian Maia on the mat if it goes there. He has ADCC experience. Maia thinks he's bluffing.

    The show is sold out but Dana will be Tweeting tickets, FYI anyone in the DT Chicago area who follows him.

    Nobody had any questions for Mike Russow but he was there since FOX has expanded the show to four guaranteed fights (cool).

    C.M. Punk will not accompany Sonnen to the Octagon, nor will Cult of Personality be his walkout music, according to Sonnen. Vince McMahon put the kibosh on it.

    Couldn't have asked for a better show. It's like Christmas in that we get to see Sonnen-Silva II and Jones-Evans.

    Ha, I wish I could fight like those guys. I have a team quest a couple miles away, one of my clients at my last job used to work out there all the time.

    The (televised) event lacked finishes but showcased three hard-fought bouts, so the UFC should be at least satisfied that they filled the time slot this time around.

    Maia and Sonnen both looked their age tonight. Maia was outclassed by a fighter who doesn't have more advanced skills but worked harder and had better conditioning despite being a late replacement. I thought Bisping outworked Sonnen as well but couldn't resist the wrestler's sheer force of will.

    Evans vs. Davis was one-sided. Davis never looked comfortable. Speaking of uncomfortable, Jon Jones was horrible on the fight panel. Where is Rampage?
