    Wes' 3 point shooting and hustle can only get him so far in the league. He has serious deficiencies in dribbling and passing that most guards don't.

    Nate McMillan, how are you gonna throw the zone out there when supposedly there is no practice time to practice. Implementing the zone takes a lot of practice.
