Re: 2012 NBA Draft Prospects No, they weren't. KP has said a few times since that they knew about Roy's knees before they drafted him. Also Oden was considered a huge risk by many medical staffs around the league. Pizza boy said it was a foolish pick for us because unlike a lot of drafts, there was a physically perfect 1A in the draft in Durant. The Dallas medical staff said his knees were a mess.

Re: 2012 NBA Draft Prospects Cody Zeller is probably the most offensively skilled big in this draft but his wingspan/reach worries me. Looking at various college basketball forums his reach is only around 8'10" at a legit 7'0". His skillset and feel for the game makes up for this but how would he look, say, against a LaMarcus Aldridge in the pros: a nearly 7'0" with a 7'5" wingspan PF. Maybe it wont be that big of a deal if he can develop as a PF rather than a C. His reach is identical to Kevin Love, another player who has a great feel for the game.
