When I worked for the state & feds it was such a gravy job that people were afraid of going into the corporate world where you are judged by the quality & quantity of your work. In all honesty, I did some incredibly good things, but I only had about 3 hours of work a day to do.

Oh for chrissakes, would you lighten up for once? Yes, not going to college makes one dumb. Every single person who goes to college is smart, and everybody who did not is dumb.
I don't recall PapaG calling anyone dumb. But I do recall seeing a post or two that PapaG responded to with so many spelling and punctuation errors, I could understand why the "dumb" word would be sticking in your head (and no, that isn't a reference to any of your posts).
