    +1
No way an agent has "major" influence in a coaching decision. Brian Berger is just trying to create some buzz for his little radio show.

Now listing Legarrie clients: Canales, D'antoni, Carlisle, Karl, Dunleavy, Iavaroni, Mike Brown, Vandeweghe, Brooks

Suggests D'antoni as a likely and sensible candidate. Complete speculation though, no "sources" or "inside info".

Man, I have been personally ridiculed for 5+ years for deal coming soon, and I didn't guarantee that one.

You were just unlucky because the trade was Randolph for Channing Frye... if we had dealt Randolph for someone good, nobody would have cared

Part of my outrage last night was because of rollercoaster rides like this one with Paul Allen.

Penn gets fired because of alleged scheming.

KP gets left twisting in the wind.

LeGarie speaks out in the press.

Now, just two years later, the interim head coach is a LeGarie client, the new GM is a LeGarie client, and suddenly it appears that Warren LeGarie is everywhere again.

I can't imagine working in that type of environment. If you look at Paul Allen cross-eyed on accident, you just don't know how he'll react. As a fan, it's frustrating to me.

Whether Olshey is good or bad, I hope Kolde's Klods will at least sit back and let him run the basketball side with as little interference as possible.

Kolde is the reason Olshey is here. He persuaded PA to look the other way regarding Legarie. I think Kolde will let him do his thing

Exactly. There isn't a hint of conflict of interest . . . it slaps you in the face.

It seems like we're pretty much fucked if we don't want to hire a LeGarie client. The guy practically represents half the coaches and management guys in the league. It would be like blackballing Arn Tellem and expecting to get free agents.

It's how I worked all my life. Have you ever worked for a boss? Can you give us a quick resumé?

He also had the advantage of coaching a far superior team. I often wondered how much better that team would have been with a great coach at the helm.
