Totally.... and the best part about it is that we could see some big names drop on draft night. I really wouldn't be surprised to see Robinson, Drummond, or even someone like MKG drop to sixth.
No way MKG drops to 6. I would love it - but NO way. At No. 6.... there are only 5 players I'd really like (2 won't happen in Davis and MKG). Take TRob, Beal, or Drummond at No. 6. Lamb, Lillard, Ross, Marshall, Zeller, or PJ3 at 11. Depending on what other moves Olshey makes happen that night, or sets up, that determines who you take at 11.
Best Player Available, or Best Potential Available? Because Drummond won't fit into a traditional BPA pick, will he?
Best player available can mean so many things.... I thought it encompassed potential, ceiling, athleticism, etc.
Two things: 1.) There's no way MKG slides to 6th. The lowest I could see him going is 3 and even thats a reach. 2.) 3 years ago if someone said that Ross would be a better NBA prospect than Terrence Jones (teammates at Jeff) draft analysts would say you were crazy.
Andrew Nicholson is an intriguing prospect. Watched him play real well in the tournament. He's polished and long! Watch the footwork.
See I think Lamb and Ross are every bit as good if not better than Beal Drummond every bit the upside if not more than Robinson But to each his own. I will wait for more workout and measurement info
