    Damian Lillard looks fantastic in the agility drills. Easily one of the quickest guys here, if not THE quickest

    Thx MM

    I am full on the Lillard bandwagon but I wouldn't be upset with either.

    There was a post in another thread (forgot which) that compared FTA for different players, and Lillian came
    out on top.
    Lilliard = star-type player
    Marshall = fantastic role-player

    We have good role-players, we need more attackers, imho.

    Completely agree.

    Lillard has the making of someone who is going to be special.

    He measured better than Kendall (longer reach and wingspan), shoots better, plays better D, is an underrated passer, attacks the basket, and genuinely thinks he is the best player in the draft. Love the confidence.

    However, I'd take Drummond at 6 over either.

    Ideally, I'd want Drummond and Lillard.

    I like tall slower PGs with court vision.... I love Kidd/Andre and now Marshall. Sorry.

    the assumption you make about the 'low PG skills" is IMO unfounded. because he had few options and was required on to score a lot enters into the equation, he also turned the ball over very little, something like 3rd lowest in the nation, yet I agree the big Q is his overall PG skills but I would not say "low" at this time

    Your reasoning? Chad Ford said they haven't seen a passer like him in a decade. We see scorers like Lillard all the time. Lillard = Damon Part 2

    I'm not a Marshall hater. I was one of the first guys to really support us drafting Marshall on this board. I'm just saying, just because a guys best attribute is his playmaking ability doesn't mean he's going to be successful in the NBA.

    I still like Marshall. I just think Lillard is a better prospect. Especially in today's NBA.

    Damon could only dream of having Lillard's size and athleticism.

    Damon didn't have his size or athleticism

    By the way we agree, I'd much prefer Lillard if we draft a PG

    This is a great point. In today's game, the rules benefit quick guards.

    The best way to slow down a quick, offensive juggernaut PG?

    Make him play defense.

    I meant Damon's style and shoot first mentality.
