That's true, as long as you are honest and straight forward in your intentions. What I dislike about Clay Bennett and his cronies is that they openly lied to the people of Seattle and the rest of the NBA. There were very strong concerns at the time of the sale that Bennett would move the team to OKC. He lied and said he would make a good faith effort to keep the team in Seattle. That minimized the objections and helped get the sale approved. While at the very same time, he was exchanging emails with his co-owner Aubrey McClendon about their plans to move the team to OKC as quickly as possible. He's a backstabbing liar, plain and simple and I don't approve. Howard Schultz attempted to sue Bennett to rescind the sale based on fraud and intentional misrepresentation. Bennett and McClendon were never sincere in their effort to keep the team in Seattle. They planned from day one to steal the team and move it to OKC.

And besides, the OKC fans are the dumbest, least sophisticated sports fans I have ever seen. They are clueless sheep with no creativity and no originality. They don't deserve a championship and neither does Clay Bennett or Aubrey McClendon.

Problem is, I also dislike the Heat thanks to the whole LeBron "Decision" debacle and superfriends Heattles bullshit. Cleveland did everything they could to help LeBron get the championship he wanted and when HE couldn't deliver, he baled and chose an easier route. Did Micheal Jordan bale on the Bulls and go to the Lakers or Pistons for a ready-made championship. No, he stuck it out and became a true champion. As superior as LeBron is athletically, he'll never be as great as Michael and, dare I say it, Kobe.

I want to the Thunder to win this series. We didn't select KD, and he blew it up for the Sonics/Thunder! He's an amazing talent! Westbrook, KD and Harden all were chances OKC took in the draft and they all panned out HUGE!!! What's wrong with that? They've got a kick ass loyal fan base in OKC and Seattle didn't want to build a new arena.....

That said, Miami is a bunch of can't get it done on our own Eastern Allstars that merged together to grab some rings on one team. It's the final destination for good players and 3 great ones begging to have a trophy. It makes me sick that this was allowed to happen in the first place because it cheapens basketball. What does it say that you need 3 starting allstars on one team to win a freaking ring? These three unlike the Celtics are all in their prime when this merger took place.

I always say about the Miami Heat..... The question should be not how did they win a ring, rather how did they lose one, with this kind of talent?

I should have put money on this because I called this series when the playoffs started. Welcome to David Stern's league.

Well said running man! However I think the twist is Stern wasn't to happy that these three in Miami did this without his initial blessing.... that could make the ref whistles a little slower to blow for the Miami posse and give the Thunder the rings!

You left out the biggest example. You teen ninnies don't remember the many decades of success Boeing had in Seattle. After ditching Seattle like Bennett, Boeing last week dumped Kansas City and will move its military manufacturing back to Seattle.

When Boeing started pulling jobs out of Seattle and Everett, I think they REALLY underestimated the importance of the support infrastructure and pool of talented workers that took decades to develop. In Seattle/Everett, there was a shit load of small to medium size companies that had sprung up just to meet Boeing's needs, and they had a large pool of well trained workers who not only new how to do the job, but also how to function within Boeing's corporate culture. I once went through a series of interviews and received a job offer from Boeing, but I turned it down. It was absolutely the weirdest series of interviews I ever had and I just didn't think I'd be a good fit within their corporate culture.

Those companies dot Kent and Auburn, often only a block from the local Boeing. The working culture at Boeing itself is, the Boring Company. You're overpaid but thinking, I'd rather kill myself than do this for 35 years. Compared to your previous small company jobs, you find nothing in your job to innovate, because someone 3 levels higher has already designed your job duties well. No room for creativity.

Anyway, I'm a temporary Heat fan.

Since I don't want EITHER team to win, I suppose my ideal scenario is LeBron plays like absolute shit, but the Heat win the series anyway. Or, LeBron gets sick (nothing serious, makes quick, speedy, a full recovery) and the Heat win without him. Better still, LeBron gets ejected (yeah, right) in the first quarter of game 7, scores zero points and the Heat win while he watches from the locker room.

In case you can tell, I don't want the Thunder to win and I don't want LeBron to win. Ironically, if LeBron had stayed in Cleveland and this series was Thunder v Cavs, I'd be wholeheartedly cheering for LeBron.
