wendell maxey @w_maxey regardless what happens in portland during draft, FA, coaching hire, their biggest offseason acquisition will be bringing back tim grgurich. wendell maxey @w_maxey still a lot up in the air, but when it comes to player development & putting team puzzle together, tim grgurich still best in the biz. wendell maxey @w_maxey speaking of blazers, caught up with a couple of people overseas regarding joel freeland and making jump to portland and/or the nba. wendell maxey @w_maxey freeland won't make decision until after the olympics, but has been contacted by a number of teams around league about his nba future. wendell maxey @w_maxey freeland & his reps want to weigh all of their options in case portland opts to trade his rights after all is said and done.
Adrian Wojnarowski @WojYahooNBA Czech 6-7 point guard Tomas Satoransky will remain in the 2012 NBA Draft, source tells Y! Sports. He's moved up charts into early 2nd range.

I left out all of the other chatter in there, since I guess we aren't allowed to quote the whole thing?
Surprises and disappointments Surprises Soup Juggler 4th Drummond 5th Quincy Miller 6th Terrence Jones 8th Royce White 10th Beal 11th Barnes 12th Lillard 18th Hates the white American centers Has Sullinger rated ahead of Robinson in best bigs, but Robinson rated ahead of Sullinger in overall
Maybe it ends up being this guy's board is most correct. In which case, we'll be kind of fucked because we'll pick poorly. Oh well.
To keep things in perspective, he had Faried ranked 29th last year. Babbitt ranked 7th the year before
The big lesson is that these guys need time (maybe up to 4 years - look at LMA) before we declare their worth. Babbitt might improve enough to warrant a final ranking of 7th. ... ... ...
I was gonna ask in another thread if LMA was considered a big reach at #2. Now, he's perfectly placed at #2 just below Rondo, or #1 above Rondo... but both players took a few years to ripen.
