Why the "Rabble?" Upon branding the City's parking [SmartPark], and establishing a consistent parking rate structure (cheaper than on-street), parking revenues rose 22.5% in year one! We are working on similar branding/signage programs for several municipal parking operations throughout North America - Vancouver, BC; Anchorage, AK; Boise, ID; Boulder, CO; San Francisco, CA; Tempe, AZ - to name a few. All with different brand identities, but along the same lines as SmartPark. Geez, over the past eight years I've designed signage for 137 parking garages - I see "gray" in my dreams...and have nightmares of "getting lost" (love that Seinfeld episode!).
