    I think it's all bullshit anyway. Khan will say anything to make us look bad, and whether Williams was offered or not, it makes no difference now. I think things got personal between PA and Khan and now it's a match or nothing.

    Really hope it's not true - I'd much rather have D-Will (who dropped 15 pounds or whatever) than Batum at 12m/year. Think he can be a legit SF at his current weight. Amazing athleticism, gets to the rim, has a decent shot, but only 2x% from 3. Definitely has potential though.

    I"m guessing Olshey was holding out for Williams + picks and not one or the other. But who really knows at this point. There's so much bullshit out there, it's impossible to wade through it and figure out what's real and what's fake.

    What happens if Batum doesn't show up for the physical? If the Blazers match and he is damaged goods, then what? Maybe they could sue Batum for breach of contract?
