I feel sorry for Timberwolves fans. Honestly. This place would be on group suicide watch if Kahn were in charge here.

Will you feel sorry for them when they're better than us next season?

Yes. I'll still have hope and a belief in the future. That franchise is a cluster.

My point is would you rather be paying Batum $11 mill a year or AK47 $9 mill a year?

    Kahn or John Nash?

    They are very similar.

I will take Nash because he is closer to death, thus a replacement sooner

Harsh, but funny. I would take Kahn because Paul Allen hates him and he would be fired sooner.

Have to disagree. He had a great year for CSKA, and besides, most draft picks end up pretty crappy.

@wojyahoonba: Minnesota is finalizing a two-year, $20 million contract with free agent forward Kirilenko, league sources tell Y! Sports.

They weren't better than we were THIS year. I don't find it exceedingly likely that they will improve much..

    I guess AK-47 is plan C(SKA), huh?

AK seems like he could be a good 4, but with Derrick Williams and Love I don't see how that team fits to well. I don't know if AK has the quickness of his youth when he was a great SF. Seems like with the modern NBA that may not work too well.

All Kahn seems to want to do is acquire 1's and 4's.

If nothing else, I'm going to pay a lot of attention to the Wolves this year. It seems like it's either going to work surprisingly well or fail spectacularly ... and that's fun.
