    By the way, Reagan inherited a worse economy than President Obama. Yet in 1984, Reagan averaged over 320,000 jobs added per month. With a larger labor pool, Obama hasn't averaged one-third of it.

    So, to answer President Clinton's claim, it appears Reagan could have done it, because he did.
