On a side note.... Romney played this wrong. The parade of Democrats through the MSNBC studios today used this horrible event (Libya) as a political football thanks to Romney's remarks. Romney twice played the "apology tour" card in response to this. If I were advising him, and he'd listen, I'd have said something like, "Libya is the Solyndra of Obama's foreign policy. He tried to pick winners and losers, spent a lot of taxpayer money on it, and the investment went bad." And, "We've not suffered this kind of foreign policy failure since the Iranians took americans hostage during the Carter administration." Link two Obama failures together (Libya, Solyndra) and link Obama to Carter and his foreign policy failures. Then the parade of Democrats through the MSNBC studios would have a lot more excuses to make.
