You save $8.01 though! Oddly enough, I'm really interested in this game, not for the Beavs or the Bruins, but for the Big 10 implications. The Big 10 is down this year, but the title race for a Rose Bowl bid will be more competitive than ever. If we wind up with Wisconsin and Nebraska towards the top of the Big 10 (not unlikely), this game could mean a lot in terms of bowl implications. The Beavs winning would bode well for Wisky, and the Bruins winning would bode well for the Huskers. It may be a little early to read into the greater implications of this game that way, but it just seems like that's how it always shakes down. We'll be at the end of the season, and one team will get the nod on a bowl game over another based on their quality of wins/losses, and a lot of that hedges on this game for the Badgers and Huskers.

If the beavers defense plays the same way against Wisconsin and a steady offense the beavs could win this.
One thing that as really impressed me so far with the Beavers is their downfield blocking. Their receivers are really staying glued to the Bruins' secondary.
A much much nicer start to the season than last year. in fact, lets just scratch last year from the memory banks.
Next weeks game will say a lot about the team. Considering how well Coach Riley prepares them during bi weeks, not having one will show if it's more prep than quality of team.
