He's the professional politician and I'm not, and he must have data that shows these kinds of fluff pieces score positively with the American people, but I find this trend depressing. I didn't need to know what kind of underwear Bill Clinton wears. If presidential candidates want to go to the media, go on Charlie Rose or be interviewed by someone who will ask them truly difficult and substantive questions. I don't need to like my President, but I'd like to respect them.
