Are any of the previous ones worth watching? Or was this the first one with an actual scrimmage? Claver with 20 straight from the arch? Is that when the bell rings? That would be a big plus for him if he has that range.
They looked sloppy (expected) Aldridge made a nice post move for a score Hickson rebounded and ran the floor well. Lillard found him for a break away dunk Batum hit two corner threes (Ironic since he does not want to stand in the corner) Matthews looked good all around Lillard passes the ball really well. Only looked for his shot once as the shot clock was running down Babbitt looks like a nice stretch 4. Hit a shot off the dribble and rebounded hard Leonard is a project Freeland made a nice post move for a jump hook over Babbitt. Missed a deep jumper Nolan drover on LA and made a lay in over him/ Missed a corner three A_am hit a bucket No one else did anything of note. Black team won 16-6
I'm starting to like the idea of a bulked up Babbitt at PF instead of SF. He has good fundamentals and a good motor. He's too slow to guard wings but with his skill set he could present a matchup problem for other slower PFs. We won't be asking him to bang, just move pass shoot and rebound. For a PF he's got a good handle and can put the ball on the floor and go to the basket. He should be able to score in a lot of ways. With Aldridge/Hickson/Freeland/Leonard there may not be many minutes for Babbitt at PF, but this could be good for his career.
