There are a lot of corrupt NCAA programs around the nation (including the Pac 12). Like I've said in the past, if you want to begrudge the SEC for their success, you have to point to the better high school football programs in the southeast. If you look at most of the prominent SEC schools' rosters, the great majority of their team is from the southeast, with most of their roster being from the state the university is in.
