I'm starting to get there. Even Greeny and Golic are starting to peeve me with their agenda stuff.

i used to listen to CIP on my way into work, now i don't.

I used to listen to JT The Brick at night, but apparently he's not on the station anymore (? they're NBC sports now?)..

And since they went AM and lost the Blazers, I haven't listened once.

It's not even close. Even on its worst day, S2 can't touch sports talk radio in terms of stupid opinions.

Primetime is awesome. I don't listen to be informed, I listen to be entertained, and they are entertaining.

Totally agree. Isaac and Suke are fun to listen to.

Chad's voice in the other hand is the worst. Rome wanna be.

Isaac and Ropp are funny and don't take sports too seriously, which makes them listenable. Other than that, I listen to Bill Simmons' podcast, occasionally I listen to the Football Today podcast and the rest of the time it's comedy podcasts (Adam Carolla, etc.)

Self-serious sports radio is a fucking abomination.

I totally agree. The drive home is always fun, but the drive to work is painful. Not that I don't like Collin or dp, but neither of them are gonna talk about the Blazers. I was born and raised in this one horse town and in my heart of hearts I really only care about the Blazers.

It's a damn shame 95.5 didn't work out. They were all blazers all the time and I LOVED it!!! But then they screwed it all up. Maybe it's just too expensive to have an all local line up in a city this size.

The problem is what are they going to talk about in the summer?

The problem is that most of the local talent isn't very talented, because if they are (even a little) they go national.

Thats ridiculous actually. There are very few national jobs. Folks can be perfectly very talented and be local. Ever hear of Bill Shonley?

The best basketball show is a podcast in any case - Basketball Jones.

You're right, there are very few national slots. We have very few talented sports talk personalities... right now, we have zero on the radio... Bill Schonley doesn't do sports talk radio, does he?

It does suck that we dont have a good local show in the mornings, but I'm a big Dan Patrick fan. I love his show! Scott Van Pelt's show is also good. Isaac and Suke are awesome in the afternoon!
